We have gone to great lengths to minimise the impact on our customers as much as possible.
- Our Customer Service is, as ever, our primary focus. Ensuring our customer needs are met, be that existing or potential new customers.
- Our Sales and Service teams are able to deal with numerous situations / queries using Microsoft Teams. We have been using this medium for well over a year to great effect.
- Our site in Redditch is still open and we are keen to show you our state of the art facilities and machine capabilities.
- Meetings and factory tours can all be held while still maintaining social distancing.
Frequently Asked Questions
What measures are in place to protect me if I come to visit HELLER?
All our visitors have their temperature taken as they arrive along with completing a declaration form. Social distancing along with an increased cleaning schedule are the main controls to lower risk.
Do I need to wear a mask at HELLER?
In line with government guidance, masks are not mandatory onsite. The only reason this is mandatory is if the 2m distance could not be maintained. Masks are available and can be provided to anyone who would feel more comfortable wearing one.
Are HELLER still running training courses?
