It’s featured product brands are Stellram® Cutting Tool Systems, Garryson® Abrasives, Burrs and Routers and Landis® Threading Systems.
This collaboration blends the expertise of both companies to further address the needs and demands of the Metalworking industry around the world and will kickoff at the EMO 2011 Show in Hannover, Germany where the ATI Stellram stand will feature a Heller H 6000 Horizontal Machining Center equipped with a 2,292Nm heavy-duty cutting unit utilizing Stellram® cutting tools machining ATI 6-4™ Titanium Alloy at metal removal rates 2 times greater than the Industry norm.
“EMO is a very important show and we have many cutting tool solutions on display. however, our demonstration featuring Stellram® cutting tools machining ATI titanium live on a powerful Heller machine throughout the week in Hannover makes a significant statement on the advantages of using a Heller machine tool and ATI Stellram cutting tools.”, says Steve Ortiz, Stellram Global Marketing Director.
“Keep your hands on! Please, feel free to touch the machine with your hands. Come along and expire the high chip removal rate with your eyes, ears and hands. This is live. This is real. This is machining of titanium.”, says Werner Kirsten, Heller Technology Development and Aerospace Industry Segment Manager.
This co-marketing effort will continue in the future at several Machining Events and Workshops highlighting these same combined benefits of the Heller Machine, Haimer tool holders and Stellram Cutting Tool technologies
