Apprenticeship programme

Over the years Heller UK have developed a well-structured apprenticeship programme based on a genuine belief in the development of young people in the organisation, who have been recruited from the local community.

In order to maintain the high level of skill required to continue with the successful build of the product the existing well qualified engineers pass on their knowledge to those who are willing to learn.

Heller continue to monitor and adapt the apprenticeship to suit the needs of the business and offer 2- and 4- year apprenticeships, covering all academic abilities and qualifications rising to a BTEC or HNC.
