After Sales Support
We maintain a highly trained group of engineers who have a clear focus to support our customers. The strength of our service department is teamwork. We also store a comprehensive £2 Million spares stock guaranteeing delivery of 95% of spare parts on the same or next day delivery. Additionally all our activities are fully supported by our colleagues from our headquarters in Germany.
Engineering and Applications
We support our customers with a totally engineered package by providing tailored solutions when required. This includes hydraulic or manual clamping fixtures, which are all designed and built entirely in-house as an integral part of our project model. Utilising 3D CAD and CAM packages, our experienced engineering and design team are able to deliver proven processes before they reach the machine tool, reducing the time it takes to start producing your parts.
In addition we also have a team of skilled application engineers supporting you post-delivery with prove-out trials at your facility, and production support for your staff at the start-up phase and beyond.
